These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and locky88 ("locky88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the locky88 website located at locky88.org, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that you have voluntarily requested through the locky88 Responsible Gaming tools.

locky88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Failure to pass such checks, or the provision of false or misleading information during registration, will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

To access the full range of locky88 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your locky88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. locky88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must notify locky88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• locky88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• All activity conducted through your locky88 account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the activity in question.
• locky88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised, without prior notice.

As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, locky88 requires players to submit a valid government-issued identification document before processing their first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card. KYC verification is a one-time process and is required to protect both the player and the integrity of the Platform.

locky88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Currency: All funds deposited into your locky88 account are held in Philippine Peso. locky88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Fraud Prevention: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit into the same account, or to a verified bank account in the player's own name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.

locky88 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or the investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms. Any funds found to have been deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. locky88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Abuse: locky88 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion details. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All bets placed on the locky88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, as published within the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. locky88 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or market.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, locky88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are recorded on video. In the event of a dispute, the video record shall be the definitive reference.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the locky88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to locky88 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud locky88 or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the locky88 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing locky88 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the locky88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of locky88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of locky88.

The locky88 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of locky88. You may not use these marks in any manner without the prior written permission of locky88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, locky88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

locky88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your locky88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

locky88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and older. locky88 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

Your continued use of the locky88 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the locky88 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent locky88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
